  For more than one service, your appointment will be held by a credit card. Your credit card will be charged the full amount the day you make your appointment.

 

    For large groups that would like to pay separately, we will need a credit card number from each member of

 

 the party 5 days prior to the appointment. The credit card will be charged at time of booking.

 

This is for less confusion at the end of your spa day.

 

    If you fail to show or cancel your appointment within 72 hours, you will not be refunded your money.

 

    To accommodate all appointments throughout the day, please arrive 5 minutes before appointment starts. All appointments will start on time.

 

     For the comfort of all clients, please keep all cellular devices, including cell phones and pagers, off or on silent during your services. Thank You.

 

Also, please note, we are an innovated spa and we value change. Rooms my be switched around and colors of rooms may vary. We do this for the comfort of our clients and to better serve you.
