Appointment Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your service and silence cell phones. If you arrive late for a service, please note that your appointment will still end at the regularly scheduled time and your service will be shortened accordingly.

With 2 or more services you must supply us with a credit card number.
When you make your appointment please have your credit card ready.
When the appointment is made 50% of your service will be charged, the rest will be charged the day of your visit.

Cancellations
You must cancel within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged and you will not be refunded for the service.

PLEASE NOTE : All Plastic Gift Cards Will NOT be accepted after March 1, 2010
